Favorite Stacked Sandwiches

Sandwiches are the perfect go-to lunch or dressed up with soup and a side salad as a light dinner. Enjoy these stacked chicken salad club sandwiches that make any meal special!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Sally Sherman Classic Chicken Salad
  • 6 slices whole grain bread, toasted
  • 8 slices tomato
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked, drained
  • 4leaves Romaine or leaf lettuce
  • 4tiny dill or sweet gherkins

Preparation:

  • Spread 1/2 cup chicken mixture on one side of 2 bread slices. Layer each with 2 tomato slices, 2 half slices of bacon, and 1 lettuce leaf. Top each with another toast slice. Repeat layers, starting with Sally Sherman Chicken Salad. Top each with a third slice of toast.
  • Place a pickle on each of the 4 toothpicks; insert 2 into each sandwich. Cut sandwiches into halves.
