Favorite Stacked Sandwiches
Sandwiches are the perfect go-to lunch or dressed up with soup and a side salad as a light dinner. Enjoy these stacked chicken salad club sandwiches that make any meal special!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Sally Sherman Classic Chicken Salad
- 6 slices whole grain bread, toasted
- 8 slices tomato
- 4 slices bacon, cooked, drained
- 4leaves Romaine or leaf lettuce
- 4tiny dill or sweet gherkins
Preparation:

Spread 1/2 cup chicken mixture on one side of 2 bread slices. Layer each with 2 tomato slices, 2 half slices of bacon, and 1 lettuce leaf. Top each with another toast slice. Repeat layers, starting with Sally Sherman Chicken Salad. Top each with a third slice of toast.

Place a pickle on each of the 4 toothpicks; insert 2 into each sandwich. Cut sandwiches into halves.
